Getting Started
Create an account with your email or sign in with Google, then confirm your email address to activate your account.
On first login you'll be asked to pick a language and app theme — you can change both later from your Profile page.
Set your nearby search radius on your Profile so the event feed and search show events close to you.
Finding & Joining Events
The home feed shows events happening nearby, sorted by date. Use the search bar to look for a specific event, game, or location.
Tap an event to see its details, then join it if it's open. Some events require the organizer to approve your request before you're confirmed — you'll see your status (waiting, approved, or rejected) on the event page.
If an event is full, you can join the waitlist and you'll be promoted automatically if a spot opens up.
Creating an Event
Tap "Create Event" to set up a new game event: pick a game, date, location, and how many players you need.
Choose how attendees are confirmed: automatically on join, or only after you approve each request.
Set a maximum capacity and, optionally, a waitlist size so extra players can queue up if the event fills.
Recurring events can be created as a series instead of a one-off — see "Recurring Events" below.
Event Details
Every event has a discussion thread where attendees can ask questions or coordinate — organizers and approved attendees can post.
For team-based games, the organizer can split attendees into teams, and tournament-style events show a bracket as matches are played.
Organizers can invite specific people to an event directly, in addition to it being discoverable on the feed.
Recurring Events
A series is a recurring event — the same game repeating on a schedule (e.g. every Tuesday). Join a series once and you're set for every upcoming occurrence, instead of joining each event individually.
You can leave a series at any time, which removes you from future (not past) occurrences. The organizer can update or cancel the whole series, or an individual occurrence.
Groups
Groups let you invite a set of people to events together without re-inviting them one by one each time. Add people to a group once, then invite the whole group when you create or manage an event.
Friends
Add other players as friends to keep track of people you play with often. Your friends list makes it quicker to invite people to events and start conversations.
Chat
Message other users directly, or use an event's discussion thread for group conversations tied to that event. New messages show up in real time, and unread counts appear on the chat icon.
Profile
Your profile shows your nickname, avatar, and the ratings/reviews other players have left for you. Edit your nickname and profile picture, and adjust your language, color theme, and nearby-event search radius here.
Set your preferred games so events for those games are easier to find.
Ratings & Reviews
After playing together, players can rate and review each other. Your profile shows your average rating and the reviews you've received.
If a review seems abusive or unfair, you can flag it for an administrator to review.
Notifications
The bell icon shows updates relevant to you: new messages, event invitations, attendee approvals, event changes, and more. Unread notifications are marked until you open them.
Feedback
Found a bug or have a suggestion? Use "Feedback" (in the ⓘ menu) to send it to the team, optionally attaching a screenshot or file. You can see the status of feedback you've submitted.
